Vala is great one day and a nightmare to deal with the next. I always end up getting my order, but the back and forth needed with support makes me avoid them if possible.

They are definitely a legit vendor for sure, but I just wish they were fast at getting back to you in customer support. They migrated to email CS only, and when I had an issue with a misshipped item, it takes them from 3 days to even 2 weeks to respond! I had to bug them on a separate ticket for them to actually take action on the original ticket i submitted.. The good sales prices are the only good part i feel about buying from here and i do get them in a reasonable time frame
