Kono use to be good. Unfortunately, that no longer holds true. They are turning into Another Mechs & Co. They still have yet To deliver orders for GMK camping. GMK camping was delivered to all of the vendors and distributed by the end of October 2023, eight months later and Kono store Has yet to deliver and is still saying that they will be shipping “soon” from GMK. At the end of Q1, 2024 they updated their website and the ETA for GMK camping was changed from late early Q2 to just Q2. There are two days left in Q2 and they still have not delivered.

As of May 2023, Kono has updated their Refund policy and they are no longer honoring refunds or returns beyond 30 days. Prior to this you could’ve gotten a refund from an order you placed two years ago if you were still waiting for it. And the email that they send out still says as much. However, if you request a refund they will tell you that they’re unable to do so because they’ve already placed the order and refunds are no longer available beyond 30 days.

Their discord is full of comments like this. There’s absolutely no moderation and no presence in their discord anymore. Rumor has it; they are on the way out and they are trying to sell as much in stock inventory that they have but for those of us who participated in outstanding group buys, are more than likely never going to see our money or What we purchased. Buyer Beware spend, your money somewhere else.
