I ordered the following items from RAMA Works:
- GMK Awaken Artisan keycap

I cannot speak for the group buy experience, but I can speak for the in-stock experience.

It was smooth and fast, where I got a tracking number within the next day that I made the order. The only slight problem was with the packing of the artisan keycap. It was in a small bubble-wrapped parcel with no additional layers to restrict movement or provide padding, which meant that the keycap was susceptible to rummaging around the bag as well as susceptible to scratches if handled roughly.

I would have wrapped the artisan keycap at least two to three times in bubble wrap before placing it in the parcel. I just figured that an artisan keycap wouldn't be packed in a manner where it can slosh around, so I decided to give it three stars.

I'd have given 4 stars to an otherwise smooth and efficient transaction.
