I like their MANY options of keycaps, products, etc. I will say they have gotten better over the years in terms of their quality assurance, but they have solid customer support which redeems it. Bought a blue on gray keycap set from them, and noticed how badly done the doubleshot was on the pbt keycaps. It was an older set though, but I notice now they have much better quality, so I suggest looking anything that is more recent from their selections.
