They do have decent customer service from my experience (replies within 24 hours) and they do fine with in-stock shipping.

However, their group buy descriptions/webpages are barely ever correct. I had to reach out to them 3 times because their choice list for add ons of a GB had missing choices or repeated options. They also had an aluminum plate option when the ONLY plates intended for the GB are PC plates. Very disappointing to have to correct mistakes on their webpages and not have it corrected till 1-3 days after.
