While RNDKBD sells a variety of other parts and tools, as well as a few 3D printed keyboard kits, in my opinion their broken-in switches are their standout offerings. I currently have three builds using RNDKBD's broken in switches: a Sessantacinque with Butter Browns, an Ottantaquattro with Ultraglide Blacks, and a Studiokestra Nascent with Whipped Creams. I've been very impressed with all three switches and will definitely order from them again for future builds.

I think that the effort Andy has put into refining the break-in process makes the product shine. While I have yet to find a new switch that exactly replicates the sound and feel of a vint black, the Ultraglides come closest and stand on their own as an excellent switch. The Butter Browns and Whipped Creams are excellent as well, and I personally prefer the Whipped Creams over the Kailh's Dream Creams. I have yet to try the broken-in Nixies or Ergo Clears.

I have no complaints about the buying experience or customer service. RNDKBD is a Canadian company so shipping to me in the US is painless, though maybe a bit slower than domestic businesses. I have limited experience interacting with them beyond placing orders, but they seem to be positively involved in the keyboard community. Thumbs up from me, but I'd love it if they brought back Whipped Creams someday.
