I'd say that their keycap containers are a little flimsy, and will not fit comprehensive kits such as a base kit with separate novelty/ergo kits. You're better off getting a parts organizer from a hardware store.

Beyond product quality, I'd say that their return policy isn't quite competitive, and the client is expected to pay for return shipping which means that you can only get a partial refund. If you bought an item that is not worth much or a small order of inexpensive items, it is simply not worth attempting to return and you're better off attempting to sell it off at your local marketplace.

In my transactions with them, I consider them average, not particularly stellar.
